Shipping Policies
We strive for customer satisfaction and ship all product(s) / item(s) via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post.
Note: If you have not received your order after a week please contact us.
- Free home delivery on all orders above Rs.2500.
- We charge Rs. 250 on all orders under the value of Rs.2500 on standard shipping / delivery.
- If you pay your bill via easypaisa then we charge Rs. 60 on all orders under the value of Rs. 2500 in this case we'll process your order after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed and confirmed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders received on Sundays or on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 2 to 4 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However there may be any situation where delivery takes more than 4 days due to any technical issues, such as; Bad weather, Law & Order situations etc or in Interior Areas.
- All orders are confirmed either on call or email by our customer service representatives before delivery.
Custom Orders
- Custom orders can be processed only after payment confirmation
- We don't offer any kind of returns or exchange on custom order.
- Custom order may take extra time for delivery.
